This project was to create an image based look to highlight 5 different upcoming shows on BET, with the talent being as dominant and bold as possible for a billboard campaign. This needed to be designed in a way that felt clean, concise and uncluttered.

This invitation was designed for the National African American Museum of History & Culture's one year Anniversary Celebration. I created this pull out invite to fit within a custom sleeve, once in place, it formed the NMAAHC logo. The invite featured a variety of different unique papers and included gold foil stamping on the front.

The Style Solution Style Planner was designed to be light and feminine. There are 7 sections within the planner, each section was given a unique color to create an overall palette that felt in line with the fun and feminine direction.

I was tasked to create a double decker bus wrap utilizing Centric's flexible toolkit and image gallery. The final design needed to be new but fit within Centric's existing look and feel.

This 2015 Emmy "For Your Consideration" kit was designed to mesh the overall BET look and feel with the individual key arts for both 'Being Mary Jane' and 'The Book of Negroes'. The Emmy's have very strict rules regarding what is sent to The Television Academy, so careful attention to rules and guidelines was a huge part of this project.

Lauren Messiah is a fashion expert, on-camera talent and a premiere personal fashion stylist, based in Los Angeles, CA.

Lauren was looking for a complete overhaul of her brand to cater to a higher-end clientele. We created a cleaner, sleeker design that could easily translate across print, web and digital for a polished and cohesive look.

I was commissioned to create something special as a gift for John Wall to celebrate his 2015 birthday. It needed to be unique, incorporate his 2015-2016 Season Mantra and be designed, printed and delivered in 1 week.

To create this high-end, one-of-a-kind feel, a red foil stamp was applied to a rich black paper emblazoned with his mantra, logo, and season. The poster was finished within a floating matte and black frame. The end result was a beautiful, distinctive piece of art that felt masculine, high-end, and personalized.

School of Style is “The Fashion School for Stylists”  founded in 2008 by stylist Luke Storey. Based on their powerful and unique vision, School of Style has quickly become established worldwide as the premiere fashion school exclusively for stylists.

School of Style was looking for a refresh of their overall look and feel. They wanted something that felt elevated and more in line and appropriate for a high-end fashion school.

This series of 3 posters and postcard art were created for the Metropolitan School of the Arts to showcase their Company Project "Color Theory". 

These holiday wine labels were created for Reneé at sassywifeclassylife.com. She wanted a useful and fun holiday download to gift to her readers. We decided on editable wine labels. In keeping with her fun and colorful aesthetic I designed 2 styles. Once the file was downloaded, the "from" field could be easily edited using Adobe Reader, printed on card stock, cut out and slipped over the neck of a wine bottle for easy gifting.   Click to Download

For this project I combined various images to create a magical winter wonderland for the Metropolitan School of the Arts' Nutcracker performance. The key art was then applied to various pieces including posters, postcards, and digital materials.

This Recruitment Brochure for Tandem Sports + Entertainment featured athletes represented by the agency. It folded out into the shape of a plus sign which is part of their logo and overall branding.

Designed and produced print campaign for The Game airing on BET. This chess-themed key art was created by combining individual gallery shots of each cast member. Items included Large Format Outdoor Signage, Transit and various print collateral.

This set of brainstorming cards was created as a self-promotion for my clients. I developed 27 different questions, actions and inspirational quotes to help facilitate the brainstorming process. These cards can solve problems in both business and life. The set of cards was housed in a branded box and was accompanied with a matching notebook and pen. 

Best Texas Homes is a company serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area, providing marketing and photography services to real estate agents. Items included Logo, bi-fold brochure, self-mailer, print ad, flyer and website.

These custom pieces were designed to coordinate with the Hollywood Award Show concept chosen for 2014. This set of pieces included die cutting, black and gold foil stamping, custom duplex paper, glue as well as fulfillment and very involved logistics. 

Conceptualized and designed from start to finish leave behind for the BET Upfront. Leave behind featured fold out pages and internal pockets for a USB drive and business card.

Designed and produced art for the 2009 BET Awards airing on BET. Items included Large Format Signage, Red Carpet Step and Repeat, Truck Wrap, Vanity Tickets and Magazine Ads.

Konnected Media Group is a Washington D.C. based media and PR agency specializing in hospitality, events and lifestyle brands.

The small circles within the logo were meant to represent ideas/stories/information working together to build a brand and image. The business cards were designed to be bold, modern and colorful.

This series of posters was for the BET Networks Upfront at the historic Ziegfeld Theatre. They were inspired by the Hollywood Award Show concept chosen for 2014.

Conceptualized and designed from start to finish this book for the BET Upfront. This book featured programming pages organized in sections by color, pockets for programming grids, and integrated slits for business cards.

These holiday downloads were created for Reneé at sassywifeclassylife.com. I designed 2 celebratory holiday signs that could be downloaded, printed and framed for display.

Destination Interiors is a home staging and Interior Design business serving the DC metro area.

Looking to popular linear patterns as inspiration I was able to create a unique logo and business cards that feel very consistent with Destinations Interiors bold and graphic style.

Designed and produced art for the first season of Apollo Live airing on BET. Items included Large Format Outdoor Signage, Transit Advertisements, Magazine Ads as well as a Flash campaign.
